Citizens offers a variety of residential supports based upon the level of support and supervision required by each person to include Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA’s) and Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF’s).

Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
To provide services designed to maximize the intellectual, social, and emotional development and functioning of people supported under the supervision of Assistant Director of Psychology Services and Ph.D. licensed psychologist.

Qualifications:

Master degree from a program in a clinical or treatment field of psychology, social work, school psychology, or applied psychology
At least 1 year of experience supporting people with developmental disabilities, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior support plans and/or providing supervision and training to others in the implementation of behavior support plans.
